Stingers Cross-Country and Track & Field is offering a two-week intensive program focused on getting athletes prepared for the G.M.A.A. meet at the end of May.

Program is led by the coaching staff and athletes of the varsity team.

DAYS AND TIMES (6 sessons):

• Monday, May 6 | 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, May 8 | 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
• Sunday, May 12 | 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
• Monday, May 13 | 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, May 15 | 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
• Sunday, May 19 | 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.

COST:

$20 per session | $90 for 6 sessions
